(I Guess We’ll) Miss you Bikini Bottom! Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical will close on September 16th due to renovations within the Palace Theater. The SpongeBob Squarepants: The Musical fun will continue, however, with a national tour across North America beginning later next year. The hit musical will have played 327 regular performances and 29 previews by the time it closes and was nominated for 12 Tony Awards, winning one for Best Scenic Design.
