Jerry Dixon

Jerry Dixon has covered all the bases since he first came to Broadway in 1990. He debuted starring as Daniel in Lynn Ahrens and Steven Flaherty’s Once on This Island, a musical set in the Caribbean. After he appeared as Nomax in a musical revue entitled Five Guys Named Moe, Dixon served as composer, lyricist, and music supervisor in the comedy production An Evening with Mario Cantone. In Laugh Whore, a Showtime production at the Cort Theatre in 2004, Jerry Dixon once again served as composer, lyricist, and music arranger.

Dixon recently directed Ain’t Misbehavin’ at the White Plains Performing Arts Center and was performing in early previews of Shanley and Krieger’s new musical, Musical Poetry.
